Refund Policy

All sales are final except where required by law or where an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened food, drink, powder, supplement, or consumable products cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, incorrect, or required by applicable law.

Customers in the UK, EU, or EEA may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights for online purchases. Where those rights apply, items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging unless local law provides otherwise.

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery to start a return where a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right applies. Items must be sent back within 14 days after you notify us unless local law provides otherwise.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, missing, or local law requires otherwise. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Subscription orders are treated as regular orders once processed. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal orders; it does not automatically cancel, refund, or return an order that has already processed or shipped.

To avoid a renewal order, you must skip, pause, modify, or cancel before the next order is processed. If a subscription order is eligible for return or refund, it will be handled under this Refund Policy.

If you return or refund part of a Bundle & Save order, we may recalculate the order as if the kept items had been purchased outside the bundle.

Any refund may be reduced by the value of the bundle discount, promotional discount, free item, reward, or other benefit received.

Rewards, Drank Points, $REKT tokens, digital assets, or other incentives connected to an order are conditional on the purchase being final.

If an order is cancelled, returned, refunded, disputed, charged back, or suspected of abuse, those rewards may be voided, reversed, withheld, or required to be returned before any refund is approved.

If you have already claimed or transferred rewards from that order, you must return the same amount of $REKT tokens or other digital assets or rewards that were issued from the order.

Refunds will only be processed once the physical products and all related rewards have been returned, reversed, or cancelled and the items have been inspected and approved.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns unless the item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, missing, or local law requires otherwise.

We do not refund international taxes, duties, or customs charges unless required by law. If taxes or duties are charged again on the way back to us, those amounts may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance, as we cannot refund items lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method unless a different period is required by law.

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, you are still legally required to return the products and all Drank Points, $REKT tokens, digital assets, or other rewards received from that order where permitted by law.

Even if a chargeback is decided in your favour, Rekt Brands Inc. may continue to pursue recovery of products, rewards, costs, and damages, including through fraud reporting, debt recovery services, legal action, or permanent purchase restrictions where permitted by law.
