Shipping Policy

UK, EU, US and Canada delivery typically takes 2-7 business days, but may take longer during periods of high demand.

International shipping typically takes 3-11 business days and may be subject to customs delays or fees outside our control.

If you have not received your order after 14 business days, contact hello@rekt.com with your order number and details.

Delivery costs and timings are calculated at checkout.

All orders are tracked and require a signature on arrival. If nobody is available to sign, your order will be returned to the carrier local depot and redelivery instructions will be left.

For delivery updates, use the carrier website listed in your order confirmation with the tracking reference from your dispatch confirmation email. You can also log into your account to track delivery progress.

Once your order is placed, the warehouse begins packing it right away so it reaches you quickly. Because of this, orders cannot be added to, amended, or cancelled once placed.

We are unable to ship to BFPO, PO Box, and APO/FPO addresses.

Duties, taxes, and import charges are calculated at checkout where supported. If checkout states that duties and taxes are prepaid, no further duty or tax payment should be due to the carrier for that order.

For destinations where duties and taxes are not prepaid or not shown at checkout, import duties and taxes may be levied when your delivery reaches the destination country. Payment to the carrier may be required to release the order from customs, and this can affect delivery speed.

We cannot advise on customs processing times or duty rates because they vary by country. Please consult your local postal service for more information.

If your order ships outside of the UK, EU or US, the courier may request additional customs information. This can include, but is not limited to, NI, PID, or passport information.
